London Broil Top Round Beef is hand sliced, pounded, and slow roasted for several hours in my oven. No additives or preservatives of any kind...just slow roasted beef. After cooling, it is sorted and packaged in resealable zip lock bags with the roasting date written on the label. The beef jerky asts for months. Refrigeration is not required. Just make sure to reseal the bag.
